This week we are thrilled to spotlight Molly Fowler! Molly has been the Customer Service Manager at Alabama Graphics since 2018.
As Customer Service Manager, Molly is responsible for the entire customer service department which includes helping customers, answering the phone, providing quotes, and invoicing orders. She also processes incoming orders and aids the pre-press and production departments.
We asked Molly a few personal questions to get to know her better:
Q: What is your favorite aspect of your job?
A: I enjoy working with our awesome customers and amazing staff!
Q: Who is your biggest role model?
A: My biggest role model is my grandmother. She is the epitome of a classic, strong Southern woman.
Q: What is something most people would be surprised to learn about you?
A: I love working on home improvement projects and do not mind getting my hands dirty!
When Molly isn’t managing the customer service department, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being creative, travelling, and interior decorating. She is about to celebrate her second wedding anniversary with her husband Jason and their precious cat, Leonard.
