Our File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is just one of the ways we make it extremely easy for our clients to submit their projects to us. Our FTP allows our clients to send us their images and other files over the internet, no matter the size! Once we receive the files, we can get to work right away on printing their projects.
Our FTP is very user-friendly, and we encourage you to utilize it, if you haven’t done so already. We’ve even put together these easy-to-follow directions below on to use it.
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to use our FTP:
- Visit our website at http://alabamagraphics.com/.
- At the top of page in red, you’ll see “FTP Upload.” Click there and select which office location is most convenient for you, Birmingham or Montgomery.
3. Fill out the required fields, upload all the files for the project, and click “Place order and upload files” to submit your order.
Note: If you choose DELIVER, please put your address in the Instructions Section.
4. After you are finished, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your order has been received. If after about 10 minutes you have not received an email, just call the office you sent your files to and ask them to make sure they received them.
