The 2015 Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama was held April 24th – 26th and we’re proud to have been the Official Tramstop Sponsor! This race was one of the premiere races on the IndyCar series schedule, and some of the most famous Indy drivers participated in the Barber race.
Creating graphics for the big event was an honor, plus lots of fun. One piece of art we did was a triptych graphic, or 3 panels graphic, that was made of polycarbonate, a flexible clear plastic type material. The graphic featured a scene of the Barber Race Track. We left off the white backing behind the graphic so you can actually see through to the wall. On top, we placed an Indy Car sculpture made out of silver poly-metal that gave a 3D effect.
Along with a Gatorboard display announcing that we’re the official Tramstop sponsor, we produced banners to direct people as to where the Tramstop shuttles will pick you up.
We thoroughly enjoyed this project for this exciting event, and we hope everyone was able to make it out to the races!
